At JENNEN Shoes, we want you to stand tall and confident in your new footwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original JENNEN box and secure them inside a protective shipping satchel or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred courier to send the package back to our quality control team at the address provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
